How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 9-15 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and supplier availability. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, the US, and internationally.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Every apparel product on Murjah includes a size chart directly on the product page. We recommend checking it before ordering — our suppliers measure each piece individually, so sizing can vary between styles.

How do I take my measurements?

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over bare skin or light clothing:

Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground
Waist — Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso
Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist
Inseam — Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle
Height & Weight — Some of our size charts include suggested height and weight ranges for the best fit

All measurements on our site are listed in centimetres (cm) unless otherwise noted.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Sizing can vary by style and supplier. Here are some general guidelines:

Activewear & leggings — Generally true to size; size up if you prefer a relaxed fit
Sets (tops + bottoms) — Size based on your larger measurement; tops and bottoms are sold together
Shorts & pants — Check the waist and hip measurements on the product page, as cuts vary from slim to relaxed
Tops & shirts — True to size for most styles; oversized fits are noted in the product description

What if I'm between sizes?

When in doubt, size up. Our pieces are designed to move with you, and a slightly larger fit is more comfortable than one that's too snug — especially for activewear and sets.

Are sizes in Canadian, US, or international sizing?

Our size labels (S, M, L, XL, etc.) follow international sizing standards. We always recommend going by the cm measurements on the product page rather than the letter size alone, as this gives you the most accurate fit.
