Return Policy

At Murjah, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@murjah.com with your order number and reason for return. You must include pictures of the full item, and the product tag and SKU label must be intact — this helps prevent items from being rejected at the warehouse. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps. Once your return has been processed at the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
Some items may not be eligible for exchange due to inventory, vendor, or sale restrictions. Contact us at returns@murjah.com and we'll do our best to help. If an exchange isn't possible, we will offer store credit, which will be issued via email within 3–5 business days of your return being approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, intimates, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@murjah.com with a photo and we'll make it right.
